FiveM Bot is a free Discord bot service that provides monitoring and management capabilities for FiveM game servers. The service includes:

The Bot is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, or functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Bot:

  • To monitor servers without proper authorization
  • To harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any server or system
  • To distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Bot's operation

3.2 Server Ownership

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to monitor and manage any FiveM server you configure with the Bot. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to access server data.

3.3 Discord Compliance

You agree to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Bot. Any violation of Discord's policies may result in termination of your access to the Bot.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

The Bot collects and stores certain data necessary for its operation, including:

  • Discord server (guild) IDs and configuration settings
  • FiveM server connection information (IP addresses, ports)
  • Server statistics and player data
  • User preferences and command history

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Bot's code, design, features, and documentation are proprietary. While the Bot is free to use, it is not open-source. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot

  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Bot's name, logo, or branding without permission

6. RCON and Administrative Features

If you choose to use RCON (Remote Console) features:

  • You are solely responsible for securing your RCON credentials
  • You acknowledge the risks associated with remote server management
  • We are not responsible for any damages resulting from RCON usage
  • You agree to use administrative features responsibly

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranty

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE BOT.

7.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times. The service may be subject to:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or outages
  • Updates and modifications
  • Discontinuation without notice

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Bot's developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Bot
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content or data you provide through the Bot

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Abuse of the service
  • Suspicious or malicious activity
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies

10. Third-Party Services

The Bot integrates with third-party services including:

  • Discord: Subject to Discord's Terms of Service
  • FiveM: Subject to FiveM's Terms of Service
  • Game Servers: Subject to individual server policies

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bot's developers reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
